Chili

Chili

1 pound ground turkey or beef
3/4 cup diced onion
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (10.75 ounce) tomato puree
2 (15 ounce) cans of kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can of black beans
1/2 tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 teaspoon of dried basil
3/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Cook meat until evenly brown. Place meat in crock pot, mix in onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato puree and beans. Then mix in seasonings and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with chips, cheese and sour cream.
